Jennifer Haderlein

Marriage and Family Therapist Associate

I view therapy as a collaborative journey, and I am committed to walking alongside you. Through the therapeutic process, my goal is to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel truly seen and understood. It is within this space of acceptance and empathy that profound shifts can occur – where difficult emotions can be explored, understood, and ultimately transformed. Whether grappling with past traumas, navigating life transitions, or managing mental health, I am committed to accompanying my clients on their journey towards self-discovery and empowerment. By fostering an environment of trust and open communication, I aim to encourage and support you on your journey of personal growth.

I specialize in working with young adults dealing with anxiety and depression, and have a passion for working with kids and teens. Additionally, I have experience working with grief and those navigating complex and complicated emotions surrounding loss, death, and change. In addition to individual therapy, I offer a women's therapy group. Group therapy, which has been backed by research showing its efficacy, offers a transformative space where individuals come together to navigate life's complexities and foster personal growth in a supportive community setting.

I discovered my passion for therapy as I pursued my BA in Psychology and Women's Studies from Colgate University. This led me to pursue an MA in Marriage and Family Therapy at the University of San Diego. I bring the knowledge gained from these experiences, along with empathy and compassion, into the therapy room.
